We selected PixelPoiny of because of the ease of use and the price. I think for what we needed (a POD for PixePoint) fit in well for our needs.

Mindbody forced us to accept a larger "basic" package with bells and whistles we didn't need, almost doubling our monthly bill with them. Not okay, especially since we were one of their very first clients. No support for micro-businesses like my studio.

WellnessLiving provides my small piano and art studio with just what we need for scheduling without being forced to add bells and whistles we don't need. We accept payments directly through Intuit so we don't need a scheduling system that accepts payment. We handle our own promotions on the school's social media platforms so we don't need it on a scheduling platform.

  • When a student enrolls in a 2-hour class, we have to enter it as two 1 hour classes. As a result, the student only gets one reminder email. This always causes confusion. This needs to be addressed and corrected.
