Pros

They respond to any technical problems by email and phone promptly.
The cost is affordable for our small business.
Their platform works with our business set up.

Cons

When a student enrolls in a 2-hour class, we have to enter it as two 1 hour classes. As a result, the student only gets one reminder email. This always causes confusion. This needs to be addressed and corrected.

Return on Investment

They came to us at the perfect time. We were with another scheduling software company that was going to gouge us with increased costs. WellnessLiving was just starting and gave us an affordable package.
