This tool is well suited for all HR purposes. We can get all the details related to the compensation and salary statement here on this tool in a very clear and elaborated manner. We can claim different allowances with this tool. We can track the attendance and can also modify the attendance if anything mismatch. We have all the TAX details and Form-16 is also available on this tool.
I demo'd some other software and at the time, the other software felt "better" but were way more expensive. Pro Software now does what those other software did, but the price is likely still better.
We previously used TriNet, ADP Total source, ADP Resource. PrismHR is more basic in design for both the manager and user. But in the end, it does the same work all these other platforms perform, but at a lesser cost which is better for the company as it saves us money so we can pass along savings to our employees.
It was lower cost and as they were a growing company, it allowed them to grow with us. I don't have much else to say about it than that. They've been a good partner, and that's just it, they are a partner, not just a software vendor, at least for us.
