We found RecruitBPM most user friendly and feature rich for our business needs. It's a comprehensive solution for the entire recruiting, onboarding, and back office. But if you are looking for point-base solution like just CRM or just back office, this might be overkill. Price …
Bullhorn is a great product and we have good experiences but it has a mix of many products bought separately and put together. So, integration is not native and seamless. On the other hand, RecruitBPM is all in one product. Bullhorn definitely has more products it's integrated …
We felt RecruitBPM stacks up similarly against Bullhorn, Jobdiva or Vincere, but it's easier to learn and more affordable. We had demo and trail with half a dozen products and our choice was pure base on value. We felt it was a better and cost-effective alternative to …
RecruitBPM will give the quick view of the candidate module with direct access to the resume. - the parser to import data directly from the resume - the possibility to rate candidates
We've used cBiz (and a few of the big time platforms) in the past, but we haven't found anything that compares on the cost-benefit side of things. There really is minimal cost with RecruitBPM, and it does everything that we need it to do.
There is really no competition for me. One is the idea of what might be good and one is what is functional and easy to use on a day to day basis. Recruitee seems to come from the mind of a recruiter rather than a product manager who thinks they know what a recruiter might want
Recruitee has more features than GreenHouse. Recruitee is more updated regarding social media platforms, website designing, integrations and more! Definitely, Recruitee has more to offer than other ATS systems. It seems that they upgrade and always are looking to improve! I …
Recruitee is the most straightforward and easy to use recruitment platform I have ever managed. I have managed also taleo which was really complex and several company built platforms that always were either too slow or complex to manage. Recruitee works like a charm, is rarely …
Recruitee is more user-friendly and more visually appealing. Recruiting is an EXCELLENT applicant tracking system Crelate is better at tracking marketing activities for recruiting firms
Many things were determinant for the selection of Recruitee. Among them, the things that stand on top are the easy usability, the possibility of sharing the candidate information in a link, so our final client (or the manager, in the case of a company) can easily access it; the …
Recruitee is [a] standalone application and there were no additional licenses required. It worked pretty well with social platform such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other job boards. Application management, duplicate candidate prevention, and offer extension are good feature[s …
RecruitBPM is more suitable for volume hiring and where is speed is key. The product does really well on client and candidate relationship management with auto workflow and reminders. Also in situations where clients require consent form since RecruitBPM has built e-sign at no additional cost. RecruitBPM is not super supportive if you want the Andriod app. Even though RecruitBPM is mobile-friendly, it's not tailored for Android phones.
Recruitee does an excellent job at making recruitment easy for all. It has several features and customizable ones that complete a 360 platform to guarantee a smooth recruitment process for all. Internally and externally. Using kanban boards has been an eye-opening experience and recruitee has that in a way that is easy for everyone to follow
Applicant Tracking is the name of the game with RecruitBPM, and it does this very, very well. We have no issues tracking our contacts, leads, companies, clients, and consultants.
The dashboard is beautiful. It has a collection of everything we need to know. It covers new leads, emails sent, job orders, sales and recruiting team items, and pretty much whatever else you'd like to customize.
The customer support is fantastic. There was something that we thought their platform was missing, and they added it in for us in less than a week.
It doesn't feel clunky like some of the other platforms do.
This is all you really care about, at the end of the day, right? Does it do what we need it to do? Yes. Is it expensive? Not even close.
As a third-party Recruiter, I have to continue our paid subscriptions with the job boards in addition to the Recruitee monthly fee. This isn't a fault of Recruitee and certainly isn't a deal breaker, just something to keep in mind.
100% I will continue to use this amazing system! It has helped us a lot!! It has it all, I have used other systems and I haven't been able to get all the features I needed. This system was able to offer it all. I would renew the contract for sure.
Easy of you and fast learning experience. Usability and a minimal number of clicks were one of the key factors for us. Having built-in workflows, custom user access, and automation was a deal maker for us.
It's extremely easy to use and the different features don't require extensive research to understand. The scorecards and evaluations allow the user to be able to view aggregate scores from the whole hiring process and view the top rated candidates to be able to make offers and decisions. The templates are also very helpful
Recruitee has been able to provide excellent customer service! Their support team they go way beyond for their customers. I'm the type of person who asks a lot of questions. They have been able to keep it up with me.
Yes, during the implementation process, I do remember from the sales team to the onboarding team, they were able to help all the way through. They provide quick assistance and you don't feel lost in the process at all
We found RecruitBPM most user friendly and feature rich for our business needs. It's a comprehensive solution for the entire recruiting, onboarding, and back office. But if you are looking for point-base solution like just CRM or just back office, this might be overkill. Price is very reasonable.
There is really no competition for me. One is the idea of what might be good and one is what is functional and easy to use on a day to day basis. Recruitee seems to come from the mind of a recruiter rather than a product manager who thinks they know what a recruiter might want
Talking about ROI, Recruitee was easy a positive investment (in my point of view), because he was the main platform used in our hiring process (our product).
Another positive impact is the possibility of searching candidates, making the overall time of hunting candidates way lower.
Since it has its own career page, it had a positive impact in our budget.
