Comm100 vs. REVE Chat

I like their support service as well... very responsive and helpful.

The REVE Chat always help me in taking care of the report and analytics. The report of visitor analytics can be viewed on hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly format. This makes my work easy at my office. In the chat history option I was able to download the conversation of my clients which helped me maintaining the archive section.

• We have a live chat icon on the website, so users can easily contact us for instant support.
• Previously, we had to use email as the main contact channel. By using live chat, we found the conversation rate improved a lot, as customers are happier to get instant support.

• FAQ Builder is the best feature. It helped me in replying to common customer queries.
• If the bot is not able to solve the customer's problem then it can be switched to live chat support. It makes my work easy.
• Support of omni channel is the best. I am able to dandle different social media accounts at one platform.

• Salesforce integration is good, but is a touch buggy, and is tough to diagnose.
• If you know anything about computers, the training Comm100 provides is remedial.

• There's nothing that can be improved in my opinion.
• Every feature works well in REVE Chat and works without any difficulty.
• It's user interface is easy to use.

Super easy to use if you know anything about computers. Comm100 has done a good job of putting together functionality and easy of use for all levels.

Customer support seems pretty good — though we haven't had many issues, our experience with getting them to troubleshoot our Salesforce integration was really the only frustrating part. We had to repeat ourselves a bunch, and the issue never really went away. We just ignored it and moved beyond

After a lot of research, Comm100 was our first choice. No other platform seemed as robust or provided us with as much room for growth as Comm100 did/does.

One of the main reason for switch to REVE Chat was the user friendly interface. It is very easy to use and understand. REVE Chat is all-in-one platform for live chat Support. Better customisable option was one of the reason for switch. Omni channel is the best. I am about to operate WhatsApp, Messenger chats through REVE Chat platform.
