More Info Chose Rippling I used Workday at a previous company and it wasn't as seamless as Rippling. The interface was confusing and I often had a hard time navigating to what section I needed. More Info Chose Rippling As an employee, I enjoy how easy to use Rippling is compared to Workday. All of the features I need are accessible, mobile-friendly, and easy to use. Onboarding was a breeze, as I was able to sign onboarding documents and fill out my employee profile entirely using my phone.
