    We had some criteria that we laid out and Cornerstone hit all the marks. The final selling points for us was the price point, that it had the ability to connect with Sage HRMS our main HR system and that it would give us the automation that we so desperately needed.

    Cornerstone was selected in 2014 based on its ease of use for both our HRIS team and end users. Cornerstone was engaged in our process from the beginning and provided value added recommendations as we moved from a home grown system to one that is fully supported in the cloud.

    We have used Taleo and Halogen. From an administrator perspective, Cornerstone beats Taleo. Halogen beats Cornerstone. From an end user perspective, Cornerstone beats both.
