    I was not involved in the request for proposals (RFP) where competitors were evaluated, so I'm not familiar with the details as to why SAP Concur was selected over Coupa and other competitors involved in that evaluation.

    Workday was a bit clunky and not as user friendly. Much easier to input names in Concur [Travel and Expense] and see the expense dilution per client.

    Concur seems to be more user-friendly especially travel booking, hotel booking and rental car booking with wide choices and parameterization like preferred airlines, put a cap between lowest and allowed air travel tickets etc.

    WFM is integrated with SSO, while others are not fully integrated. SAP Concur was used mostly for expense report management, while Deltek Costpoint was used for project time and cost management. Deltek was not very user-friendly, unreliable, and expensive for what it handled.
