Everyday use is good enough, we don't have an overly complicated product that allows us to complete the tasks given to us and schedule and reschedule the meetings. The ability to allow the user to control the scheduling of meetings and look in the calendar for specific timelines has never been easier. The stress that is on the user is taken away from the user by the tool itself.
Xola is suited for small, medium, and large businesses that handle internet bookings, direct telephone bookings, and concierge/affiliate bookings. It tracks scheduling, payments, affiliate billing, can message customers through SMS or email, can hold notes on clients as any good CRM should, can be automated to do many features through the integration of apps.
Integrating the Viator / Trip Advisor API so that the encrypted customer emails can show up in Xola and the client may be emailed from inside Xola. Viator says that other platforms allow this but Xola is still lagging on this one.
Some minor tweaks allow the integrated tipping app to append a more customized message.
Really trying hard to find something else to say because Xola does everything really well.
The support team is awesome. The turnaround is quick and if the software cannot support my current need they are really good about giving me a work around.

Many times I have found Xola to be able to expedite a customer issue or confusion with software integration or support for their software in a way that saves $$$ because my reservationists can resolve the issue or their confusion and quickly get back to work.
Positive - Client text message reminder. Missed appointments have decreased to zero no shows.
Positive - Informing clients of weekly openings via marketing emails.
Positive - Employees are able to take days off and I can mark them accurately in the system.
Positive - Personal Time feature. Allows me to track why an employee is out.
Negative - Shutting the business for vacations because I have to spend hours going into each providers schedule and individual cancelling each appointment that has been made.
