Chose Sertifi
Docusign was good, I used them for about 1-2 years. However we did have some issues with them as far as contract errors when sending out to the clients. There were also issues with capturing credit card information at times from the client and processing it through our billing …
PandaDoc, DocuSign. Honestly they all seem to work for what we were looking for, but Sertifi was a good price and an easy implementation, our use case was probably too basic to really find holes in any of the products in the space because they all seemed to be able to handle …
Sertifi is nicer to the budget with close to the same offerings as Adobe/Docusign. Adobesign and Docusign are a little easier in the configurations with Salesforce (if you don't have a Salesforce developer, you would probably lean toward something other than Sertifi), but if …
Price is important but it has all the same features as some of the main brand names on the market which makes this package ideal for small businesses and larger ones looking at costs. The advantage we find is that we can edit forms with drop-down boxes and preset answers for …
Before using Zoho Sign, we simply send out PDFs and had our partners and clients sign them and send them back. Obviously, Zoho Sign stacks pretty high against that because of how professional it is, how much simpler it is for us to use, and how much time it saves us.
I was a paid subscriber to Adobe prior to using Zoho, and found their solution expensive and inflexible. DocuSign may be the market leader, but Zoho fits better into our overall needs, especially since it integrates well with our other Zoho products.
It is well suited for individual transactions or a couple of transactions by the same customer. Most customers making numerous purchases at different times still prefer the paper format, given that they do not need to start from scratch each time.
If your business needs an electronic signing software, then I recommend Zoho Sign because it has all the great features. It ensures fast and secure document signing and, most importantly, it is legally binding.
Document generation - it's extremely simple to integrate the data needed from our platform onto a document efficiently.
Sytem integration - having the ability to integrate to our Salesforce.com platform was a selling point, in that the open API enables us to keep documents tied to specific clients.
Email template ability - not only great for document generation, it is also great in its capability for sending and customizing the email templates along side it.
DocuSign was good, I used them for about 1-2 years. However we did have some issues with them as far as contract errors when sending out to the clients. There were also issues with capturing credit card information at times from the client and processing it through our billing system Overall, Sertifi is a lot more beneficial for our organization.
Price is important but it has all the same features as some of the main brand names on the market which makes this package ideal for small businesses and larger ones looking at costs. The advantage we find is that we can edit forms with drop-down boxes and preset answers for the forms. Each entry field can be customized by data type and length or allow the client to enter their own answers.
