WellnessLiving provides my small piano and art studio with just what we need for scheduling without being forced to add bells and whistles we don't need. We accept payments directly through Intuit so we don't need a scheduling system that accepts payment. We handle our own promotions on the school's social media platforms so we don't need it on a scheduling platform.

While Shortcuts has a more friendly UI, there are other vendors in the market that have developed their products in a way that suits user requirements from any industry. Shortcuts, in my opinion should look at expanding their use case to make it compatible for other industries as well

MINDBODY forced us to accept a larger "basic" package with bells and whistles we didn't need, almost doubling our monthly bill with them. Not okay, especially since we were one of their very first clients. No support for micro-businesses like my studio.
