Sign In App vs. symplr Access

This is wonderful for managing visitors across multiple sites and campuses including pre-registration, special QR codes for repeat visitors, email communications, check-in alerts (especially if someone arrives to see a specific staff member, for example), space management inside the building (visitors can check out/reserve specific spaces created based on the floor plan of your building), and mobile check in with geofencing is really cool! We tried to use it for class attendance and it worked, but improvements to make that easier were on the way.

• I wanted the ability to create recurring events (for classes) for example without having to manually recreate everything. I made the suggestion and the dev team started working on it before I left the company which was great! They want to improve their product.
• Non-profit discounts would have been really nice, although their prices are relatively affordable.

The mobile and iPad check-in experience, the overall cost of the app, the ease of use and implementation, and the ability for us to use it for different purposes were the main reasons we chose Sign In App over competitors.
