We felt that DattoRMM provides more granular control over policies, better patch management and better device monitoring (Specifically Network/storage devices via custom SNMP). More Info | Chose TeamViewer TeamViewer is much more responsive than ScreenConnect when we tested them both out. I will say ScreenConnect did have better multiple monitor support but it is harder to get things done because the controlling of the endpoint isn't as responsive.
