It is a easy to use and execute tool in the organization just the pricing part is that holds most of organizations back from using this tool.
One key difference between Telesoft and Tangoe is that Telesoft's TEM software provides real-time tracking and analysis of usage data, which allows companies to identify patterns, trends, and areas where cost savings can be achieved. Tangoe offers TEM software that includes …

Relative pricing was better for what we needed so we went with Clearview. Sales was supportive while we were comparing different products as well. We had one colleague that used Clearview before so it tipped it over the edge in their favour.
With brightfin, it is tough to remember where to go for everything, it is not easy to search for things that you need urgently because you will have to keep some time in hand to get to the relevant details. I often find myself looking around and wasting time in selecting the …
Clearview AI's investigative platform may be considered the best among its competitors for several reasons: Large image database: Clearview AI has a vast collection of images and videos, which increases the chances of finding a match and identifying suspects, witnesses, and …
We started out with Clearview as a pilot at no cost. After using for a time we determine that the platform met our needs and ultimately the return will be there. We did not pilot the other alternatives out there. For the most part, we are happy with the platform.
Clearview is designed and supported by a dedicated team of experts and continuously improving. I receive notifications every other week or at least every month on some of the enhancements and updates that are formally released for us to use.
Telesoft helps a organization to bring all the calls and data needs at one place and help them to access that information although it has limited access but it can be very helpful for an organization. There is one con I can see is the pricing there that is a Little higher for Medium Scale Businesses. That was the biggest reason we had to switch there.
2 reasons - 1 the Clearview team was seamless in our buying process. 2 - we have it implemented and it would be very difficult to transfer directly when in a growth phase.
The user interface is fairly intuitive. It's not hard to find your content, set up your shares, or view your results/analytics. As mentioned, the content available for sharing within Clearview isn't great, but I don't place a ton of value on that, as this is likely intended for more sharing of original, unique content. I do think there still can be some improvements made to setting up shares across multiple platforms at the same time, but overall, it does the job fine
I couldn't ask for better support. Everytime I have a question or concern, I talk to a real live person, and it is always the same project manager or the same supporting analyst if he is out of the office. They really feel like a part of the team since we connect and communicate regularly. I honestly don't think you can find this type of support anywhere today in such an automated world.

Positive. The cost up front is usually 0.5% - 3% MAX and savings are usually upwards of 15% - 30% so there is a massive ROI.
The dedicated staff that supports the tool in the background is extremely helpful to address concerns and even requests for custom reports, completely free which is nice.
