    No comparison when it comes to Customer Service. I would not go back to ADP after using UltiPro.
    Looking forward to using UP's timekeeping system now that it is linked with Kronos.

    Payroll is key for me, and UltiPro has that sewn up as far as efficiency and accuracy. I wouldn't consider anyone else at this point and I will never go back to mainframe processing again.

    UltiPro has it all and the customer service is by far the best. You don't pay for upgrades, they just happen. The solution is more than easy to use.

    UltiPro truly offers a one stop shop for a businesses HRIS needs. It's user friendly and they provide a great support structure that has been leaps and bounds better than other vendors I have worked with.

    Paycom was really good but Ulti won out over them for us because of a values match. That was four years ago and before the merger though, so I don't know if that is still as aligned as it was.
