More tie-ups with Corporates like Toastmasters International, Corporate Diva, etc for personality development and leadership initiatives. Healthify, Cult, Art of Living, etc. can have tie-ups with Vantage Circle for promoting Employee Wellness as well as good habits. Vantage Circle can serve as a channel for promoting these sites as they are much needed by employees these days. I think we need more tie-ups with schools & pre-schools. Scalability	No answers on this topic	I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. Return on Investment	It creates excitement and positive engagement within the staff creating a lively environment. It's easy to track the highest receivers and at the end of the year, these receivers are sieved and awarded accordingly. Some employees might abuse the system and reward just for the sake of rewarding to get points. Reward redemptions are not instant which creates a little demotivation to shine on the spot all the time.
