Ventiv [Claims] is the best option in my opinion because it covers workers' compensation compliance in one system. [In] most other systems we have evaluated, you would have to also enlist a third party to comply with state and federal standards. We did an RFP for the claims system in 2001 and chose the Valley Oak system, which has morphed into the current system we use with Ventiv.
