Clari Copilot helps revenue teams win revenue-critical moments. Clari Copilot’s conversation intelligence platform gives reps and managers tools to compete, spot revenue leak, and close deals. It offers: Real-time battlecards and monologue alerts, so reps can navigate objections with ease and learn from winning behavior. And managers can track rep performance…
We stayed with Chorus by ZoomInfo because of the superior way it recaps our calls. Depending on the length of the call and what is being discussed, Chorus by ZoomInfo will usually provide 10 key points in clear detail. When we used Gong, we were finding it was only providing …
It works well with the ability to find contacts as these are typically the ppl i engage and will then have on my own calls. Being able to find new contacts and then see how the interaction is with them has provided me with direction in deals and works well to get things moving …
We have evaluated Gong, but have yet to use it. Mainly, we are in a three year contract with ZoomInfo, and aren't able to remove one part of the contract in favor of another. Gong seems like a decent product, but I am unable to determine if it is better, worse, or the same as …
I used google analytics with Primerica. I payed for it myself to see how my team I was managing was holding up to other teams in the region. Chorus works so much better and if it would have been in my capability to use chorus I would have.
We prefer Gong compared to Chorus because it offers a more robust set of features, better integrations, more automated workflows, and world-class customer support.
Chorus.ai stacks up against Salesloft, Zoom, and Aircall because none of these tools provide a way to analyze what occurred during the meeting or create a transcript that prevents you from having to take notes.
I know our director has evaluated Chorus.ai and Gong before opting to work with Chorus.ai, but I am not sure what was it that made him decide to go with Chorus.ai and not with Gong.

It was a night and day difference. I like all the bells and whistles you get with Chorus.ai. To me, Chorus.ai is the "Lincoln Navigator" of call recording tools.
I loved Truly as a work phone (to keep my personal life separate) but there was no coaching aspect and it was harder for teammates to see each other's calls.
None. I have not used a tool like this before. I have only used teleconference and video conference tools to record up until we were introduced to Chorus.ai.
We evaluated wingman, gong and chorus. Settled on Wingman because of their features and then being cost effective as well. I've used Gong before in an earlier organization but would vouch for Wingman over Gong primarily because Gong is very expensive. Wingman provides the best …
The alternative seem to provide way, more features and tools and rack, chili and heated, and it made it harder to use it out of the box and understand as a whole. Wingman does a good job with providing the right features and keeping things simple.
No, we just bought wingman, no other products its the best; the leadership team looked at it last year and since then our life is being easy and I am in Customer Success, so I don't have that knowledge about that as we do not need training cards but will try real time insights …
We have used fireflies also for our meetings and its similar to wingman but considering the intelligence which wingman brings fireflies doesn't have that much robust intelligence in reporting. You can use fireflies but when you use wingman you will actually feel the accuracy …
Customer services reps are readily available. Every time I have questions they answer really fast and are open to having a meeting. I think the customer service makes us stick with them.
We recommend wingman because it is more cost-effective and easy to use. It plugs right into Gmail and zoom so it's very easy to log in and out of. I recommend wingman because they have great support to help with any issues that come up while using the platform which is a great …
Wingman is much cheaper than Gong, but Gong appears to have stronger analysis tools. When customers ask us what is the extra person in our Zoom call, we just call it our "Gong" tool.
We evaluated Gong and Chorus and we felt that each competitor had feature parity, meaning each of the competitors didn't have wildly different offerings. When it came down to our needs at the time, we really just needed a tool to help with a share of voice and rep training. We …
I have used Gong and ExecVision, I would say that those are on opposite ends of the spectrum of offering a full suite of call recording, coaching, and AI. Wingman is much more comparable to Gong and was so easy to onboard, integrate, and get up and running for our team's needs. …
As someone who is involved in many calls with CIOs or administrators discussing ERP or EMR integrations, compliance workflows, or digital transformation initiatives, these conversations involve complex technical discussions, multiple stakeholders, and long sales cycles where capturing detailed requirements and follow-up commitments is crucial. Having sales intelligence benefits the complexity of the buying process.
For the overall monitoring of sales calls and validating claims, it is a great tool and does exactly what we need. A change that would be great would be the ability to set a condition for any member on the system to either be able to download transcripts or prohibit downloading transcripts without them needing to be made admins. We have the finance department that often needs access to the transcripts as evidence in Stripe disputes, but they have to be made an admin to be able to download the transcript even though they don't actively use Wingman except for downloading transcripts.
It's hard for me to give anything more than a 5 at this point. The primary reason is that we have only used it for a few months and I'm still getting a feel for the level of value it provides both to me and the team. In 4 or 5 months I'll have a better understanding of its value long term
This was sold internally as something that would help us be more efficient. I had high hopes that the speech-to-text feature would be useful for getting call notes/next steps, etc documented. But due to the limitations of the software, these things would take longer using Chorus than if I just write things down manually - disappointing.
Super user friendly tool! There are some features that I think might be improved over time, like navigation assistance or tutorials, and quick tips, like how to ensure calls always get recorded, how to add Wingman to calls last-minute, or how to use their playlist feature Game Tapes, but those are nice to haves, not need to haves.
I personally have not had too many major issues with Chorus, but the times that I have reached out to their customer support team I have always received great responses in a very timely manner. Their support team is trained in a very polite way and cares about resolving your issue. They are knowledgeable and helpful and the customer service line does not take long to connect to a real individual.
Like I noted in the other category, it has been smooth for the most part. But we really do enjoy the hard work of our CSM and everything he has been able to provide us in terms of support.
We looked at Gong but went with Chorus by ZoomInfo because it felt more practical for our team. Gong has great analytics, but Chorus by ZoomInfo fit better into our existing tech stack and budget. The deal notifications, scorecards, and integrations with Zoom and Salesforce made it the smarter pick. Overall, Chorus by ZoomInfo gives us the insights we need without feeling like overkill or another heavy lift.
We evaluated wingman, Gong and chorus. Settled on Wingman because of their features and then being cost effective as well. I've used Gong before in an earlier organization but would vouch for Wingman over Gong primarily because Gong is very expensive. Wingman provides the best bang for buck in the sales intelligence ecosystem
