Considered Both Products	Paylocity Verified User Chose Paylocity Paylocity has been a significant improvement compared to using ADP. We can house our US and Canada employees all in one platform. The system is easy to navigate, and the reporting and data analytics is visually appealing. Overall no regrets moving to the new system. Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Paylocity Paycom looked very dated but had decent functionality. BambooHR is for smaller companies. Paylocity was a great price and platform switching from ADP TotalSource.
