I did not select WRITER, as it was selected by my predecessor. I am not sure they even evaluated the tool against others, as I heard it was used at her previous organization. WRITER would not have been on my tools to evaluate and I most likely would have went with Jasper.
I use both. Copilot does a great job of sources content but lacks good outputs. Writer can import that content and make the deliverable understandable and useful.
Writer's "recipes" and workflow approach allow me to think through the process of generation better than an open-chat format like ChatGPT or Gemini. It also is more flexible than Jasper (at least when I tested both).

I think Zoom Workplace is great for work calls. One bug or thing that I don't like about Zoom is I can't actually share the software application while screen sharing. It's really easy to use - the AI icon is everywhere all over the place in the Zoom client so it's easy to be able to leverage AI whenever you need it, and similarly in the meeting it's easy to find and to use. I don't have complaints here that I can think of

This is because we would be needing a blank canvass to paint our vision of what a perfect training looks like; the other platforms may or may not be open to some of the suggestions that we might IMMEDIATELY need; since WRITER is just a regular Full-Stack AI platform and we already pay for it; we did not need to find another solution for this and potentially saved hundred thousand dollars
