Considered Both Products	Stonly Verified User Anonymous Chose Stonly Intercom and Gist are more focused on Live chat, but the knowledge base is part of their offerings. I love that Stonly is really fleshed out and offers deep features built around the customer education experience. Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Anonymous Chose Stonly Stonly is the only tool we have used for onboarding guides. We also use Zendesk to help create guides, but I don't think that is a good comparison.
