Zoho Calendar is an online business calendar designed to make scheduling easy. It can be used to stay on top of a schedule, or to share scheduled events with peers.
For small businesses or personal use, it works out well. The whole idea of a free platform on a free service is very alluring, especially if you don't have high end or high tech services for such a program already. Calendar would work in most business, school, and personal situations to keep track of where you're headed.
Zoho Calendar is appropriate for every scenario because it reminds you of your upcoming meetings. I am using the product to manage my team meetings in my current project and also in the past projects as well. It integrates well with other applications well and cross functional tool to manage your schedule.
Makes it easy to schedule meetings and block off time
I can see everyone in my org's calendar's as well which makes it convenient when scheduling calls with multiple people so I can see when they have overlapping availabilities.
Integration with Zoom and Microsoft Teams for video calls that can be added from the calendar invite itself
Being able to group a team much easier so I don't have to add the same people over and over again without having to have access right to create a Google group
Room or space management, because of repeating events the rooms of the office tend to be always "occupied" but not everyone is there due to how the new hybrid way of working is
Better way of working together in the calendar events where it's easier for the team to prepare if I give a clearer better UI of all the documents/presentations they might need to look over
I subscribe to Zoho One so I use many of the modules that come with that single subscription. I've had intermittent issues with scheduled Zoho Meetings through Zoho CRM not appearing in my Zoho Calendar. Zoho has been working on the issue but it will be fixed for a while and then I'll miss a meeting because it wasn't appearing.
It's a bit outdated on how things should be working, the UI per say hasn't changed much and I believe there is still a lot more room for improvement in how the calendar shows, the creating process, the parameters on setting up an event and it could be better integrated with the g-suite and other tools
Since there are lots of preference options, it can be a little confusing when setting up. It does integrate with other calendars where you can choose one or two way syncing which is helpful if you keep separate personal and work calendars. You can set your start day of the week which for me I have it set to Monday. There are also time zone options which are great but still a bit confusing to me.
Support has been excellent. As always, they are quickly responsive, and I feel they genuinely wish to address and fix any issues. It's unfortunate that my issues with meetings created in Zoho CRM don't always appear in my Zoho Calendar. While they mostly appear, my confidence level on any given week that I can see what is on my schedule is decidedly lacking.
Google Calendar is a close competitor and I think wins in certain categories like general appearance and enabling focus hours & working hours. However, Microsft 365's calendar just seems like it has been built out more with a focus on business use case (despite still having many grievances with Microsoft 365).
It as easy access, it provides platform for every member to collaborate, and it makes event management easier It sends invitations easily. It helps to schedule meetings easily with SMART ADD. We can set the reminder for events each and every member of team has access to Zoho Calendar It is easy to understand and use it is not that complicated .
