Use Cases and Deployment Scope

All 900+ employees in our financial organization use 360 View as our CRM to manage, categorize, and structure all of our 140k customers. Front-line users, like our relationship bankers and tellers, record customer activities within the platform, and administrative users, like our marketing team and executives, use the platforms to target customers for communication and determine success measures.

Likelihood to Recommend

360 View is well-suited and even originally designed for financial institutions and banks. It does a great job at large and small scale monitoring of customers and their amount of involvement in your organization. I'd say that 360 View is not well-suited for most organizations that are not in the finance industry (although you could make it work if you need to).
