As a reseller, we supported other companies where we automate the invoicing process. Usually, they receive the vendor invoice in structured and unstructured formats, and it was very hard to capture the invoice header detail from different formats. ABBYY FlexiCapture Solution really made it easy to perform the accurate extraction of invoice header data from the exact place and then perform the automatic performing and process the document.

Cons

  • Although the back-end of the application is very strong, if it can have a visual workflow for defining tasks like scanning, verification and etc., it will be better.
  • Reporting feature should be enhance more on web
  • Although the result of Arabic Text extraction is very good in ABBYY, if they can focus more on different types of Arabic Fonts, it will be better
