Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We were using Accessily as a 3rd party to outsource off-page SEO.

Pros

  • Charge to use their website while free version is extremely limited.
  • Inactive publishers that go unanswered for over a month.
  • Major delay in customer support as it takes a week to hear anything.

Cons

  • I believe they should not charge to use the platform without limitations to the search feature.
  • Remove any placements that are inactive.
  • I feel there could be better customer support.

Return on Investment

  • Lost clients due to delays and poor support.
