Affirm allows my business to do a buy now pay later program. We run an e-commerce website and integrate affirm in our payment process. Our business has a lot of high ticket items, and this allows customers the flexibility to pay over time. Lastly, customers that use Affirm usually buy more, which is fantastic.

- We haven't had any issues as of yet, we are very happy with everything.

- Well, since it cost us nothing to implement, and we did the customization to the look and felt in-house, we saw an immediate positive ROI. Orders starting happening within the first week of implementation and haven't stopped since. We don't get tons of orders from Affirm, but it is steady, and they are typically for several thousand dollars.

- The dashboard is very easy to navigate and has useful information.
Cons
- Affirm has a lot of information they collect from the customer, it would be great to see more in the dashboard.
- Accounting has mentioned they would like to be able to adjust the daily export to show different, and more, information.

- Of the customers who used Affirm, so far 80% are new customers to our site.
