Airbnb for Work

We traveled late last year and I checked my cell for accommodation as we had not yet made a reservation. It was already dark and it was a 12 hour trip, so we wanted to get there as soon as possible to rest, so we found the best place to stay that was close to our destination and it was very easy to find, as there were several options. The accommodation was excellent and it was a reference for me, if I travel again to the same city, I intend to stay in the same place.

Webex App, Google Meet

It simplifies booking accommodation for work trips. It also allows me to make a more personalized work travel experience and know that I can stay somewhere more cozy than a regular hotel. It also allows for an easier billing process because it is all online and I do not have to keep track of a million different pieces of paper from a hotel!

Now that I am able to work predominantly remotely it has allowed for a lot of flexibility with where to work from. This has given me the opportunity to work a full day in a new location and then explore that city afterward. It's been such a nice resource to be able to plan for a productive workspace with others and travel at the same time.

We used to rely only on hotels for living accommodations for our business travel, but with Airbnb, we can find accommodations that are more suitable for those travelers who are staying for a week to multiple weeks at a time in a more comfortable manner.

• Our ADR for Airbnb is around $100/night, which is really cheap.
• It's helped build a team culture with groups who have used it to book large houses with multiple bedrooms.
