Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use this to create easy to search courses to review and refresh on protocols for those who need a quick reference or for new hires that are training. We also use this to create weekly newsletters so that all staff is informed of updates, changes, reminders, etc.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using it for continued training for current staff, onboarding for new staff, and for training for special events that we are having to get staff prepared. It helps keep courses in one place, where progress can be monitored and easily reported to others.

Cons

  • UX design is very outdated
  • Level of admin permissions is not available so tough to give someone temporary access to a branch they are not a part of
  • More detailed reports

  • The platform is both functional and well designed in terms of UI and aesthetics.

Cons

  • It takes time to organize and upload all the materials, but after that, it is a very straightforward process to create the courses.
  • The editing of pre-set styles and templates is not as smooth as it could be.
  • We are looking for better event-based notifications and automation features.

  • The great and fast product, I like to work with it. Also, it is easy to set up.
  • Clear and simple analytics about everything that happens in the environment. Very good software.

Cons

  • The solution is easy to understand and use. I don't think that a lot of people will struggle with it. They will enjoy using it.

  • I recommend it to you. The software is completely easy to use. All of the steps at work become more interesting and smooth. The product is available and we also see always updated on it. Nice value for the cost.
