We use Akkadu for:
our daily global meetings with colleagues in other countries that speak with a strong accent. The app gives us the real-time subtitles in English and in our own language. Colleagues that don't speak English very good benefit a lot from the app. meetings with clients from other countries. Without the app we wouldn't be able to understand the client.

Cons
- It'd be great if it has AI Speech so we don't need to read the live captions. Customer service said the AI Speech feature will be released next month.

- Terminologies: The fact that we can add terminologies before the meetings increase the accuracy of the AI. This is very useful because we work in the pharma industry which has many jargons.

- Colleagues that don't speak good English now can use their mother tongue during our internal meetings with the Headquarters in Germany. The HQ has noticed the engagement of the foreign colleagues has increased.
