Forbury by Altus Group is an inderwriting and investment modeling software for multifamily and self-storage CRE assets, providing underwriting and cash flow analysis of multifamily and self-storage assets to enable smarter data-driven decisions throughout the commercial real estate lifecycle. Models include built-in integrity checks, version controls, and error alerts, offered in an Excel-like interface.

For North America, Forbury supports the multifamily and self-storage sectors with regionally specific models built and tested by in-market industry professionals. Outside North America, Forbury provides support for office, retail, industrial and multifamily for Europe, and office retail and industrial for Asia Pacific.
