What is Alvaria Performance?

Alvaria Performance (formerly Aspect Performance Management) is a tool that can reveal insights by enabling the tracking of personal and group performance vs. goal using a wide range of metrics with data sourced from many contact center systems. It includes a coaching module, which helps ensure staff gets the corrective training they need, and gamification to set up targeted challenges with rules, goals and rewards set by the supervisor.

Alvaria Performance Is used in my company for a variety of tasks. The platform allows scheduling work shifts, allocating hours, and viewing adherence to a schedule

  • Details on request denials/Approvals could be described more user friendly/Simply
  • The request system for schedule changes seems to indicate 24hrs but in actuality need a full calendar day, can be confusing.
  • Could Use Q&A on what each group staffing balance means.
