AudioCodes VoiceAI Connect enables the integration of any cognitive voice service and bot framework with any voice or telephony channel, to facilitate voice functionality and to create an intelligent voice journey. This extends bot usability to telephony and voice-based use cases. Users can connects any contact center or SIP trunk to any bot framework, or gain native telephony and voice control from any bot framework via simple APIs. VoiceAI Connect is offered as a managed service or via the AudioCodes Live Hub self-service portal.

AudioCodes VoiceAI Connect offers pre-integrated speech services, as well as the option to connect to customers’ preferred speech engines. VoiceAI Connect also provides a generic speech API that allows any text-to-speech or speech-to-text service provider to integrate their solution into the VoiceAI Connect platform and become a part of the voicebot eco-system.
