As a Sr. UX Designer, I would go into Auryc to watch unmoderated users click through our app, observe areas where there were clicking, track rage clicks, and heatmap the pages so I could optimize our comps.

I use Auryc for the feedback section and screen recording. If someone leaves feedback that requires customer support we will reach out to help. We use the screen recordings to see if something on the site is not working properly. We also you the heatmaps to see the customers' journey and if the site needs to be improved to increase revenue.
