Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Avatura ATS for all areas and departments of recruitment and management within the organization to group and discover all skills and experiences of new candidates. With this, we gathered within certain groups the scores of respondents and performance of all selection processes.

Pros

  • Being able to search and find the best talents for vacancies
  • Tool usage customization
  • Activity Dashboard

Cons

  • Sometimes the tool is a little slow during use
  • I believe there should be free versions for testing in a limited way
  • Workflow is very complex, there are many steps to complete a task

  • Be more efficient in hiring and prospecting talent
  • Customizing the processes helps us adapt within each of the departments

Avature - Great ATS!

Pros

  • Search capabilities - ability to pipeline top talent.
  • Communication with hiring managers in the hiring manager portal - resumes/notes don't get lost in email and are always accessible to anyone involved in the hiring process.
  • Ability to customize - we've been able to change work flows for different needs, and different business groups as well.

Cons

  • Easily over-engineered. While it's great to be able to customize, there are times where there are too many choices.
  • Would like to see it integrate better with our HRIS system.
  • Still a lot of manual steps in the workflow.

Return on Investment

  • Ability to be more efficient in hiring, leading to faster hire times
  • Easier to keep clean data for OFCCP or AAP audits
  • Spend a lot of time altering or changing workflows/process/manually moving things along
