AVEVA InTouch HMI

We have used InTouch for 12+ years and are are currently using InTouch by Wonderware for all of our SCADA needs. We have just upgraded to the newest version. The program allows us to monitor 24 hours / 365 days with limited interruption of our system. It allows us to control our pumping, water pressure, track our demand, maintain our chemical process, monitor our alerts, alarms, etc... of our distribution system.

InTouch by Wonderware is relatively easy to use. The process controls are easy, the design and graphics are some of the most detailed of other SCADA software programs considered. The configuration with the inputs and outputs are easy to use. Essentially, the system is very user friendly and the customer support is fantastic.
