AVI-SPL helped us provide a middle ground solution with combination of touch screen and non-touch screen solution that helped us build the custom solution meeting our requirements within planned budget. We used them as audio and video integration solution provider for our organization specific operations center to build a central customer and leadership centric experience and operation center driving visibility and ready insights into product KPIs and metrics.

AVI-SPL is good in terms of complex solution design, but lost the message in transit where we have clearly articulated key success criteria and elements. While the nuance of complex solution details shared as part of scoping document is appreciated, it is disappointing to see the core part of the requirement missed resulting in leadership escalation

the are a AV integrator for us, we had several rooms that need new cabling and equipment to be installed. there were classrooms lecture halls and our auditorium needed complete replacement to upgrade for AV to become compliant with our institutional needs. the team had to replace all cables in the walls and ceilings to accomplish this.

audio visual install for higher education seems to be there sweet spot, they understand budget constraints and work well to accommodate the design to accomplish the desired results. they use the highest quality materials and there install team is very knowledgeable on how to get the project to the finish line when issues arise.

We purchase and have them install Audio Enhancement and EPIC paging systems into all of our school campuses/classrooms.

We use AVI-SPL as our preferred Integrator. We have a service contract with them for 6 of our training rooms. If our rooms go down, we have multiple options of ways they can help us. A simple phone call or email can get the ball rolling and I can expect responses and support ASAP.

They provide great service, installation and support. When I need help with anything, I can call them and have a discussion. If service or installation is needed, I can count on them to provide the highest quality technicians to get the jobs done correctly. Box sales are quick, easy and correct.

AVI-SPL provides us with fast quotes and great prices on AV equipment. They even provide product advice when we have questions. For us, they're a go-to vendor to get AV equipment as they usually beat other companies. They mainly deal with commercial AV equipment, so their prices on non-commercial AV equipment may not be as good.

AVI-SPL was chosen as our contractor for AV solutions throughout our EOC and Public Safety Answering Point. They manage a suite of 4 projectors in three different rooms, several large TVs in different conference and breakout rooms, and multiple different connections points which feed the system. They've handled installation of all equipment, and regular maintenance.

AVI-SPL handled the install for our initial capital project. They worked quickly, were detail oriented, and completed the work to our expectations. Their scheduling was flexible and based on our needs as a busy 911 center. We have a yearly maintenance contract and have been satisfied with those work efforts as well, recently renewing. Our main projector was recently replaced as it was end of life. AVI-SPL's sales process was simple and communication was great.

As a higher education institution, we need to keep our classroom audiovisual systems not only functional, but also modern to match changing pedagogy. AVI-SPL helps us maintain, upgrade, and innovate these spaces. Although we at SPU aim to design spaces internally, we trust the guidance of AVi-SPL to fill in the gaps of our expertise or suggest stronger alternatives.

So far, we've only worked with AVI-SPL on classroom upgrades and maintenance, and general purchasing. So far, these experiences have been overall positive collaborations. They are always prompt in creating purchasing quotes, coming on-site for classroom walkthroughs, designing AV upgrades/solutions, etc. They are also very personable while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Solid company that helped design and install a video conference room for our mutual customer. We do not specialize in this space, and leveraging the AVI SPL team was a great add-on. They were able to attend a pre-site visit and stay with me from the design phase all the way through the implementation.

We hired AVI-SPL four years ago for classroom Smart Boards, and have never regretted our decision. We had a need to provide our teachers with a dynamic mechanism to project classroom teaching documents from their laptop to a screen. We use to use Epson projectors, but they were not very versatile. The AVI-SPL team provided a great alternative with SmartBoards, which were a hit with our faculty. IN fact, our teachers were "wowed" when they first started using them. SInce our initial purchase, we have purchased additional Smart Boards as our needs expanded. The quality of the product, the installation team, user education, and technical support has exceeded our expectations. This organization is top-notch in every way and will certainly be used by us again in the future when needed.

AVI-SPL is a subcontractor that installed three large video displays in the lobbies of two locations. As a single source, they addressed a turnkey solution for the client.

A broad range of product and content knowledge stood out in the subcontractor selection process. Our project manager played a crucial role in the client's selection of AVI-SPL. He was timely with his responses, knowledgeable, professional, and enjoyable to work with. I'm not sure where it would be less appropriate to use AVI-SPL. There may be a pricing issue on smaller projects, but that is an assumption.
