Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Instances for our clients are hosted on Azure. For our engineers that require access to Azure, I provide the necessary IT assistance. I am in charge of the configuration, access controls, and account locking. The infrastructure and instances under Azure are managed by our engineering staff. If your clientele does business with Microsoft or Azure, this is an indispensable tool.

Pros

  • Possessing a number of different settings.
  • Making multiple teams.
  • Reduced difficulty in writing programs.

Cons

  • The user interface, in my opinion, might need further clarification.
  • Any situation where a user's password has to be reset would benefit from this feature.
  • Any accounts that were accidentally established more than once may be transferred over quickly and easily.

Likelihood to Recommend

To better serve their consumers, businesses that often interact with those clients who rely on Microsoft's software products may consider migrating to Azure. This program would be useful in any installation of a Microsoft product or suite that necessitates a test of the target environment. It is simple to maintain and implement, making it an ideal IT backbone. If a client doesn't have any use for this particular instrument, it's not going to be of any benefit to them.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Azure to run instances for our customers. I'm the IT support side of Azure for our engineers who need access. I deal with the setup, permissions, and account lockouts. Our Engineering team handles the environment setup and instances within the Azure access area. It's definitely an essential tool if you have customers that deal with MS and Azure.

Pros

  • Managing the users
  • Having multiple environments
  • Creating multiple groups

Cons

  • The UI could be a little more clearer in my opinion.
  • Password resets would be nice to have in any instance (not just the default area).
  • Easier to migrate repeated account that may have been created.

Likelihood to Recommend

Azure is specifically suited for businesses that work with customers that need to work with Microsoft software products. Any instances of Microsoft products or suites that require an environment test to set up would definitely benefit from this tool. As an IT support, it is relatively easy to support and use. Where this tool is not useful if a customer has no need for it.
