Azure Chaos Studio

Azure Chaos Studio, currently in its preview phase, is a managed chaos engineering experimentation platform for accelerating discovery of hard-to-find problems, from late-stage development through production. It is used to disrupt apps intentionally to identify gaps and plan mitigations before customers are impacted by a problem.

Available faults to test include CPU pressure, network latency, blocked resource access, and infrastructure outages. The solution aims to help users drive application resilience by performing ad-hoc drills, integrated with the CI/CD pipeline or when used to monitor production quality through continuous validation.

The service has no upfront pricing. It is pay-as-you-go, where chaos engineering experiments are charged based on the duration that an experiment actions run across each target or resource.
