Create All Entity Types

The software comes preconfigured with the following legal entity types: corporation, general partnership, limited partnership, limited liability partnership, limited liability limited partnership, limited liability company - manager managed, limited liability company - member managed, association, trust, estate, and cooperative. Users can easily add, edit or delete entity types with Lextree.

Track Registrations

Users can track all foreign and domestic jurisdictions in which entities are authorized or licensed to do business. Users can also tailor automated Alerts for each jurisdiction's requirements to keep entities in compliance. The software automatically notifies lawyers, paralegals, legal assistants, and compliance officers of key dates on federal and state law, along with internal policies, impose deadlines for reports, filings and other actions.

Receive Automatic Notices
