I will highly recommend this program to other businesses. Beyond Intranet Microsoft Dynamics CRM For Nonprofits Implementation Services is well suited for training for reverts, and new hires. I think it can improvise on the interface to make it more user friendly. It really would help productivity on the field with technicians if they can use it on hand held devices.
