Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our mobile virtual receptionist can be fully customizable. Communications and collaboration are more optimal through screen sharing, instant messaging and audio and video conferencing, we can interact with co-workers from anywhere. Business Landline phones can be added to a desk instantly, with no additional hardware required, and are ideal for setting up an office or other location without wiring. Our Windows or Mac computer can receive calls directly.

  • You can control your calls, wait, hang up, transfer, intercept, and park for a better client experience without being bothered.
  • You can control and keep an eye on calls from your preferred users and groups by personalizing your display.

Cons

  • I would like the Blueface subscription price to be more affordable.

You could have full control over all websites connected to your business phone account. Thanks to the program's corporate directory feature, you can access a contact database with click-to-call capabilities available online.
