We are a integrator and use work with schools to provide paging using the Nyquist E7000 and C4000 systems. We connect and use Broadvoice for admin paging and IP phone paging.

Great tech support! Julius explained everything very well and got a complex issue resolved quickly! I don't have much knowledge in the SIP and PBX worlds Broadvoice made it work with our system and explained how it worked too. Everytime I called tech support I had a good experience and left with an actionable plan. Big thanks to Julius, Christopher, and Ernest!

We use Broadvoice to help ensure that all of our calls are being answered, that people can connect to right person quickly, and that concerns are being monitored after hours as well. We use Broadvoice every single business day. It helps give us peace of mind during and after work hours.

The only time I have ever needed to use the Broadvoice customer service help line, my customer service rep was very kind and extremely helpful. My problem was solved in about ten minutes and afterwards I had a very good understanding of what went wrong and how I could solve it in the future.
We chose to use Broadvoice as our phone provider as we manage three different businesses, each with their own unique needs and teams. We needed the ability to manage all three businesses seamlessly with one provider, while still being able to customize each of our lines for our teams. We have Broadvoice direct lines as well as employees who also either have their own direct line or have chosen to use the Broadvoice app.

If you have multiple businesses, teams, and lines that you need to manage seamlessly, Broadvoice is a great solution. Not only has it been a wonderful solution for us, but our onboarding experience was so easy. We had two outstanding Service Delivery providers, Van R. and Manny R., who went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely set up, well trained, and had everything we needed. Great product & great customer service!
We have 3 locations and are able to easily connect all three with the Broadvoice system. We use the paging option often and are able to transfer calls from one location to another that is over 60 miles away. We have a specific message for our business and are able to change it to adapt to a schedule change or any special situations happening.

Broadvoice is great for small businesses with multiple locations. I don't imagine it has enough capacity for a large business with more lines as there are only 2 park options for calls to be transferred.
I have had Broadvoice as my company's communication source. There are a number applications to utilize the services offered. I was able to set up fax services (which was required for some of our business partners). I was also able to see a record of calls, voicemails and faxes both inbound and outbound. Having that access was valuable for our documentation.

Aside from the challenges with the app, I have not had any negative issues using the service. I would, however, encourage businesses to read the contact terms in detail.
We use Broadvoice for connectivity services in our day to day business. I have only ever had one issue, and it was to do with billing. Our bills were going to the wrong email address, but it was remedied quickly and easily.

We use Broadvoice for our phone system alongside B-Hive. We are a nonprofit organization serving over 2500 dental professionals and we use Broadvoice to answer our members and the public's questions regarding our events, sponsorships, anything dentistry related. While in the office, we use our office phone to answer calls and when we are working remotely, we use the B-Hive app instead, which comes in very handy.

I personally haven't used Broadvoice for too long but my coworkers have used it for a while. We use our office phones daily and it hasn't given us any issues so far. My personal experience with the customer service, besides the long wait to talk to an agent, has been very pleasant. They were very prompt with resolving my issue of setting up my account and were professional.

We use Broadvoice for phone and texting features to relay information to our customers on a daily basis. It is used as a daily update for customers as to work being done on their property or to get confirmation on parts and/or repairs being needed on their equipment. When a phone call is not available, we will text the customers with important information.

Broadvoice is a great system in many ways. I like the functionality of the program both on land lines and on the app. I would have to say the best features are the ease of use for land lines and the integration of the app. I also like how the voicemails are on the phone and email. One area that could be improved would be the ability to delete voicemails from the system.
