I assisted with the procurement of CASS (TEM) for a client. The client found that CASS has really helped ease their pain with invoice payments. The ability CASS has to work things out directly with the telecom vendors and not always have to include the client - saves them a lot of time/hassle. It took some time to get everything straightened out, but so far, the feedback has been good.
