CATCheckpoint is a web-based defect identification and remedial management system for construction projects and has roles for main contractors, client, consultants and subcontractors. The vendor states that with its a commercial and residential versions no job is too small or too big, and options are practical and affordable for any size of project and any size of company. The main cloud-based system has an Android phone companion that allows users to identify and update defects while on site. From the web system users get reports, analysis, detail and updates, so they know where all actions are with a glance.

CATCheckpoint is designed to minimise the time commitment inherent to remedial management. Notifications up and down the chain ensure re-inspections are no longer completed without confirmation from the contractors first. Progress and performance can be monitored from the comfort of a desk.
