Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Chanty is an excellent communication tool, we use it throughout the company to communicate and maintain collaborative work, with its ease of access we manage to stay active in the different phases of the project. It is an indispensable tool to be able to hold videoconferences with different clients in different parts of the world, as well as to make commercial agreements between partners without having to meet exactly in an office. It is a tool that has facilitated our work, there are no longer moving impediments to be able to close commercial agreements. In addition to this, between the different work areas we can coordinate different parts of the project and be able to comply with the planning thanks to the fact that it is possible to exchange advances and keep the process 100% active. Chanty has been our allied tool in our work to significantly improve the communication of the work team, a better workflow and implementing it has been the easiest way to achieve these goals. It is an open channel to form work teams and be able to carry out debates and exchange information, it allows us to maintain a daily work structure.
Pros
- Messaging system, calls, and video calls essential for good communication, I like that the use of the time that we can use it is unlimited and with as many people as we want at the same time.
- Sharing documents and important files makes communication easier for us, many times we need to share something quickly in the moment and Chanty gives us this option.
- Ease of access, it provides a digital platform that I can use via mobile, this provides ease and speed when it comes to being able to communicate from wherever you are.
Cons
- It offers few integrations, there are complementary systems in the hands of a panel of activities with which we would feel more comfortable to work, a communication and planning system also needs a calendar and a file manager to be able to have them at hand.
- Customer support is not the most efficient team, very rarely have I been able to receive answers that offer a solution to my problems.
Likelihood to Recommend
There are endless tools similar to Chanty, I don't know if they are better or worse, so far we have tested this platform and it is really comfortable to use, it fits exactly what we need for our work and I can recommend it if you are looking for something simple to use without so many complications.
