Multiple departments use this at Adobe for productivity and communication. It’s a great tool to help manage the team and department. It has a great front end and is extremely user-friendly. The back end was easy to integrate into Adobe subsystems and to be used across the board. We barely run into any product issues or have tech problems. I don’t think it’s ever been down.

For larger projects with multiple teams, this is ideal. We use WOM for much of our daily tasks. The system is then great to provide insight and analytics to show timing, resources needed, and details of the projects that we normally wouldn't keep track of. It's very helpful for me as a manager to see what my team is working on and where some duplicate work is occurring as well.

Cisco Workload Optimization Manager is a phenomenal tool that can always be counted on. Cisco is a tried and proven brand and you will never have to worry about up time and the product & tools not working. You can trust that. They do struggle with modernizing the way their tools look and feel so that is something that they could improve on.
