Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In our Human Resources Department we use BizMerlinto support different processes of selection, recruitment, hiring, payroll management and other benefits.We implemented BizMerlin for approximately 28 months thanks to its ease of use, multiple integrations including LinkedIn for Business, this synchronization helps us find new talent and evaluate their performance.

BizMerlinis a great resource for managing multiple benefits and managing payroll operations for any Human Resources department. It is very easy to use and intuitive, it offers talent development tools, for example, synchronization with Linkedin, this facilitates access or viewing profiles of potential new talents.

Easy and User Friendly HR Software- BizMerlin

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Bizmerlin for Paperless employee records, employee onboarding, PTO, Timesheets and Employee Performance Management. It is used by our HR Department. We have been using BizMerlinHR since 2018, and both our HR managers and users are very happy.

Could be improved by adding more advanced HR practices
We wish there was more flexibility for integration

We took the trial of 3 HR software before going with BizMerlinHR. We wanted to have a comprehensive HR solution to cover our Paperless employee records, employee onboarding, PTO, Timesheets and Employee Performance Management. We were not looking for an Applicant Tracking system and Retention management module, but when we saw the functionality and easy use we were completely sold to those modules as well. It was like add-on but the price of everything was more economical than the other software that we were reviewing.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Bizmerlin to manage our HR processes. It is being used by the HR team. We are primarily using it to manage our hiring and onboarding.

Pros

This software is highly configurable. Very easy to use. Lots of out of box integration.
It's got a mobile app and is also cloud based.
The goals module is our biggest used module. It also has great features like instant feedback, applicant tracking and onboarding.

Cons

Wall of fame or the feedback given to the users cannot be controlled. The users cannot choose or control who can view their wall of fame.
The dashboard is customizable at organization and geography level but cannot be customized at the individual level.
The filter on archived goals does not work properly using text search.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you are a growing organization, Resource Allocation, Forecasting and Analysis tool is very useful.
