The Clinect Healthcare Patient Experience Solution is a comprehensive platform designed to modernize the patient experience in healthcare practices. Key Features
Pre-Visit Registration & Intake: Clinect offers pre-registration and intake workflows for specific specialties and appointment types. Patients can complete pre-visit registration and intake forms via email or text. In-office registration options are available for patients who prefer to complete forms at check-in. Information such as demographics, clinical data, and baseline measures are captured and updated automatically in the patient's chart. Alerts and messages can be triggered based on patient input.
Digital Check-In: Patients can easily complete any remaining or partially completed forms at check-in. In-office registration options include sending secure links via text or using in-house tablets. The forms presented to each patient are based on factors like provider, procedure, and appointment type. Forms may include demographic information, custom consent forms, Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) forms/surveys, and medical history forms.
Payment Collection: Patient copays and current or past due balances are displayed at check-in for easy payment collection.
Bi-Directional EHR Integrations with PROs and Clinical Questionnaires: Clinect integrates with electronic health record (EHR) systems to capture clinical outcomes using PROs and clinical questionnaires. Patient input in pre-registration and intake forms is pushed back into specific fields within the EHR. Alerts and messages can be triggered based on patient input.
Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs): Clinect engages patients throughout their healthcare journey by collecting data and information. Pre-screeners and appropriate PRO forms are used to gather information prior to appointments. PROs can be automatically sent to patients longitudinally post-visit or post-procedure.
PROs Ad Hoc Form Ordering: Providers and staff can order PRO measures in real-time using Clinect's platform. Delivery options include text, email, or in-house tablet utilization.
Patient Satisfaction Surveys with Online Reputation Management (ORM): Customizable patient satisfaction surveys can be sent via text and/or email. Surveys can be tailored to specific appointment types, providers, procedures, or specialties. Real-time alerts can be created and sent to staff members to address issues before they escalate or are published on social media platforms.

Task/Complaint Management & Peer Review: Clinect's Task Management Tool allows for the creation, tracking, and documentation of everyday issues in a user-friendly, electronic, and HIPAA-secured way. It can be used to document complaints/grievances, HIPAA violations, accidents/incidents, employee injuries, patient injuries, and peer reviews. Paper forms can be digitized to reduce paper usage.
