Pros

Expenses management
Cons
Project scheduling
Sometimes it is slow when loading data
The project page should include more info about person incurring the hours in a each task
Likelihood to Recommend
It is appropriate for small business with limited need in terms of project management.
I use clockify to track my tasks and the time i am spending on each task and to track my progress at the end of the assigned task within one day or a couple of days and the most important thing that i can generate my timesheet at the end of the each week or month for submission and for my payment. Which has made my workload less and has saved my time rather writing it and later filling it and working on it.
Pros
Preparing my monthly timesheet
Tracking time of each task
Assigning the task for each individual
Tracking task and project progress
Continuing from where we left the task
Realtime time tracking
Cons
A person who is not working on the task can leave the timer on and record that at the end of the month in timesheet for payment.
Duration for some tasks can be lock and can be strict.

I mentioned i am using clockify for the records of my time on each task i am working on or is going to be assigned for me. In the main time when i start working i am leaving the clockify on and that is how it made it easy for me yo directly submit my timesheet at the end of the month without wasting my time on recording it writing it and wirking on it at the end of the month.
Selected this time tracking app for use with my company due to its integration with Quickbooks. I upgraded to a yearly billing cycle to take advantage of the QBO integration and paid the $95 fee. Discovered after two hours of setup that the QBO integration would not function as expected because my accountant has payroll enabled. I cancelled the account and requested a refund. Clockify refused to refund my money despite the fact I'd only used it for two hours stating (paraphrase) "we have a strict policy against refunds as stated in our terms of service". Funny thing, I don't recall seeing the "7-day trial period button" at any time during the sign up process for the QBO upgrade... but they blamed me and kept my money. Their solution was to offer me a concession—they would give me a $100 credit for my use if I decided to use their product in the next year assuming they fixed the issue that prevented me from being able to use their app. 1. Their QBO integration doesn't work with my business 2. They refused to refund my money by hiding behind their crappy terms of service Clockify kept my money. I will never, ever use this app again.
Pros
They don't give refunds if their app doesn't work as advertised.
They blame you for not reading their terms of service.
They may give you a credit for a product you can't use if you complain loudly enough but they still keep your money.
Cons
Their refund policy is atrocious in my opinion
Their QBO integration doesn't work if payroll is enabled in QBO but in my experience they don't tell you that until you sign up.
Likelihood to Recommend
Can't select zero—Zero out of ten—I will never recommend this product based on their terrible refund policy—In my experience, it doesn't matter if their customer service reps respond to you quickly or if the app works for most people.
I am a solo consultant usually working on 1 or 2 projects. I have the free version of Clockify currently. I use it every day to track my time and then either weekly or monthly I use it to work out how much to invoice clients.
Pros
time tracking
analysis
project management
Cons
UI/UX
Desktop app doesn't open webpage correctly
freemium version is weak
Likelihood to Recommend
It does what it says on the tin, Tracks time correctly. You need to get into the habit of switching it on but once that happens it's great.
We are a remote-employee-based company with about 20 employees scattered across the US. We use Clockify to track our employees worked hours for payroll purposes. Because we do both billable and non-billable client work, we also track time for billable clients, so we can show the time worked on their accounts. Finally, we are using Clockify to improve our own time management by creating user-specific categories to track such things as reading/responding to email, attending internal meetings, training, and webinars, or other similar activities. By finding our biggest time-consuming categories over time, we can improve our productivity.
Pros
Time Tracking
Time Management
Useful for remote-based employees for payroll purposes.
Has mobile app, desktop app, and a website URL application, so it is very flexible.
Cons
No issues to report.
Likelihood to Recommend
Clockify is well suited for remote-based employees so employers can track their time worked. It is great for tracking time for billable client work as well as non-billable work.
This us helps track hours spent on implementations across the business as well as tracking billable vs non-billable hours for monthyl reconcilliation
Pros
Time Tracking
Project Grouping
Making it simple to track time
starting and stopping the same task when interrupted
Cons
sometimes I have issues with the date picker and it makes tasks look like they take multiple days
the default filters on reporting are odd to me - it would be easier to always show last week for example
Likelihood to Recommend
very well suited for companies that want to understand how long projects are taking to plan for the future as well as documenting billable hours by client

I use this as a tool for all of my freelance work. (social media, videography, photography, animation, etc). With clockify, I'm able to track my all of my hours for all of my projects in one place so I 1) don't have to use multiple platforms to track my work and 2) don't have to send time tracking to my clients but rather, a final invoice.
Pros
time tracking
reports
payout estimation
Cons
interface in general could be more user-friendly
there could be better organization across different " clients"
should be allowed to change rate for different tasks on free version
Likelihood to Recommend
I would recommend this for someone who is a freelancer with multiple clients, but would not recommend to a company who has multiple employees doing the same job every single day. It'd be easier to have them clock in on one platform, like Square, for example, which automatically can take out taxes (for W9 employees)
My department (IT) and our Media department utilize Clockify. It is a great tool for us to see our time utilization across different projects and ministries that we support with our work. It helps us gauge employee time and how we can/need to use our time better to complete projects that are on our dockets.
Pros
time reporting
time clocking
project/client structuring
Cons
mobile app can be glitchy
would like to have multi-task tracking concurrently
more granular reporting
Likelihood to Recommend
anyone who works with multiple projects or clients at any given time would be well suited to utilize Clockify. you can have projects on going and if you complete the project and will never be returning to it you can archive it and still have access to the data for reporting.

We used Clockify to track tasks and hours for each of our clients. Our whole organization used Clockify. It helped a lot with time management and tracking how long each employee took to complete each task.
Pros
Organize tasks for clients
Equally distribute workload for employees
Cons
Organization of categories
Could have more customizable options for separating jobs
Likelihood to Recommend
Clockify is well suited for a company with multiple clients and multiple projects for each client. Keeping on top of these and tracking employee time for each of the tasks is a great fit for Clockify. It might be less appropriate for someone who just needs to punch-in on a time card and count hours.
We used Clockify to track our billable hours so that we could invoice clients for our time. We can make a project for each client and put in the billable rates we have for each person. We really liked it because it was free, and then the paid versions with extra features were very low priced. We used the rounding feature for invoicing which is a must for us. The team members would have the Clockify chrome extension and they could easily indicate when they were working on a certain client. That information would automatically be tracked and we could use that to create invoices based off their billable rates that were tracked in Clockify. We used it for a while until we needed something with more built-in features.
Pros
Free & low-priced product.
Simple & easy to use.
Cons
It doesn't have a built-in invoicing feature, which is ultimately why we chose to switch to Harvest. That's honestly my only complaint.
Likelihood to Recommend
I would definitely recommend Clockify to most companies who need a time tracker. Their free plan is great and well suited to most companies. It's also very easy to use, both with the browser extension or the mobile app.
The only downside is the lack f a built in invoicing feature. For most companies that's not an issue, but for us, since we use billable hours, it's a huge benefit to have our time tracking and invoicing in the same system so we don't have to manually bring over information and create invoices.
