Time management is key in my role. Clockwise helps address any scheduling conflicts and collaboration across departments.
Pros
Dedicates travel time for any offsite meetings.
Dedicates personal "breather" time built into your schedule.
Allows for collaboration meetings across departments.
Cons
Sometimes I am unable to remove the "travel time" slot booked on my calendar for offsite meetings. It's a bit glitchy and reappears after deleting.

Well suited when managing time slots amongst various teams within an organization. It is very useful when in a time crunch to quickly schedule a time for a large group of people.
I use Clockwise as a "personal" solution at my organization, as in it's just me who uses it instead of the whole organization. Clockwise has been an absolute lifesaver when managing 20 calendars when scheduling bulk meetings by allowing me to see a list of all conflicts when scheduling, instead of like on Google calendar where you have to look at each meeting that is conflicting and determine if it's something that can be scheduled over or not. Using Clockwise for my own time management with time blocks for focus has improved my output and the automatic 15 minute breaks after long meetings has been an absolute LIFESAVER.
Pros
Breaks
Bulk Scheduling
Time Management
Color Coding
Cons
Putting meetings on calendars other than my own
The Flexible meetings tend to be more trouble than they're worth, it's easier to just move them around by hand after the fact.
The constant branding everywhere, even on paid plans, makes it impossible to use for client meetings.

This is great for Operations people who need to parse through many calendars at once when scheduling meetings, even if the rest of the organization isn't using it. Clockwise does not allow you to put meetings on other people's calendars, though, or find times for meetings that you aren't in, so keep that in mind. It has still been a life-saver for me.
Clockwise isn't great for scheduling client meetings due to the fact that it automatically places emojis in the names of the meetings, and there are other little branding things that are impossible to remove even on paid plans. I tended to just find time for the meetings in Clockwise and then move back to Google Calendar to schedule them.
